Yes, all electronics sold through Cloudflare come with a minimum 12-month limited warranty covering hardware defects and technical malfunctions.
What is your return policy for opened devices?
You can return devices within 30 days of purchase. Please note that opened electronics may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if they are not returned in original, like-new condition.
Are your products compatible with international voltage standards?
Most of our devices are dual-voltage (110V-240V). However, we recommend checking the specific product specifications page or contacting support to ensure compatibility with your region's power outlets.
How can I track my order once it has been shipped?
